Must resist - I don't have the capacity to cope with this - it looks like a pretty complex pattern, even if it would mean I'd get ahead of the Christmas crowd. 

I'm not going to drive this home too much, but it just feels like the tone that Marshall are setting here is not good - let's hope they get their act together, stop this nonsense and transform their business.
