When I shared a house with some mates, we found left there from the previous occupants a handle-bar type contraption covered in foam, perhaps it was an exercise tool to hold on to when doing sit ups etc. This inspired the name of our imaginary spoof house band, The Bugger Grips.

I met a guy many years ago at a gig I was playing in a Post Industrial Music Festival in Ravensburg, Germany. 
He was from New Zealand and had a band called "Hitler's Cock". 

I also saw graffiti on Putney Bridge many years ago (early 80s) that read; 

"NEW PUNK BAND 
THE FUCKING BASTARDS".

Both Hitler's Cock and The Fucking Bastards crop up in conversation most days...
