Anybody made a good one? Are the only good ones the rather more expensive ones from Moog?

Came across this while browsing pedal deals, and thought I had seen a post about a theremin on here somewhere.
Anyway, didn't know if might be of interest, or worth a shot for £69?   over at guitarguitar...
