Only very light handling marks and play wear evident, I was even sad enough to put a piece of mobile phone screen saver as a scratch guard to stop pick-swirl in the paint!

I already have one but for the benefit of others, is it a Pattern Thin or a Pattern Regular neck?

Good call @Whitecat ;;;  it's a pattern thin profile neck - so perfect for both dentists and dental technicians ;-0 

Similarly, for those that don't know it has the 5 way switch, which offers the following configuration of the pickups:

Position 1: Bridge humbucker
Position 2: Bridge humbucker with neck singlecoil
Position 3: Bridge and neck humbuckers
Position 4: Neck singlecoil with bridge singlecoil
Position 5: Neck humbucker

lovely - i picked up a 30th anniversary this year as well - its now my favorite guitar . since picking it up i sold my R9 and master built strat and would say the quality of the PRS is better than both of those i sold

Sorry to break it to you MtB but dentist are hitting the Gibson CS now. . . confirmed by the League Maxilofacial Surgeons in their official carter. The sublime mix of high price tag, risk/reward of getting a good 'un and original design flaws make it the ideal 'under the bed' guitar.
