Ticking Reverb

At practice this week my Fender Supersonic 60 combo’s reverb started to make a ticking sound. 

Any ideas what could cause this and how how I fix it?

It's most likely picking up noise from something nearby - the reverb return transducer is basically a small single-coil pickup.

Did you leave your watch on top of the amp?

Probably not . Does it stay at the practice room, or can you try it at home or elsewhere?
