As titled.  Who else is going on Thursday? Friday? I'm up for 8pm on Thursday and SUPER EXCITED. I've been avoiding all media about it for weeks, but I understand from a couple of today's headlines that first impressions are excellent.

Let's keep it spoiler-free until at least all the early-screening viewers get a chance, eh?

Mrs Fred let the cat out the bag that she had got us some tickets but I'm not sure for when.

Im weirdly nervous about seeing it because Rogue One was so good. I sort of feel like this one can't possibly be as good. Can it?

All I know is they've given Rian Johnson the keys to the kingdom for the next trilogy. Someone at Disney must be *seriously* impressed with both him and TLJ. 

I'm keeping *everything* crossed.

I'm going to let it run for a few days then go with the wife. Will be in internet blackout from the opening until when I see it as always though.

Hope we get to see Luke's ass like that time we did in new hope, when he's checking out those sunsets. I broke my first penis on me telly looking at those sexy buns,

I have tickets for Sunday morning with the family. Saturday's are always pretty busy whereas if I buy weeks in advance (like I did for this), I can be fairly sure we will be able to make it. We normally go straight from church, so I wonder if the priest will remember the last time I was there (Rogue One) or the time before (The Force Awakens)?

Thoughts on THE LAST JEDI:
- way more nudity than expected
- smart idea to do it all as a rap
- Charlie Sheen totally holds his own
- Adam Driver's love ballad felt awkward
- didn't like the 22-minute Olaf short  
- Smash Mouth's "All Star" was a bold end-credits choice
