How are you finding the Nemesis?
It's by far the fanciest delay pedal I have owned (in particular I haven't tried, let alone owned a TimeLine or DD-500), so I'm maybe not the best judge ... but I really like it.

    Good points:
    • Sounds out of the box are great - very little fiddling time required to get started.
    • Able to produce both clear and present delays, and darker / degraded repeats.
    • Intuitive on-board controls.  I much prefer knobs over buttons and menus; the six on this unit seem sufficient to expose a good degree of tweakability without getting over-complicated.
Things I'm not so keen on:
    • Switching patches using the small on-board button is a bit fiddly.  I tend to only use one per song, but if I find myself needing to change more frequently, an external switch will be necessary.
    • No display.  That's a trade-off against the small footprint, but (related to the previous point) I sometimes wish there was at least a way of showing a memorable name for the current patch.

Sorry I should of made that about more clear. The amp is mono but the effects run in stereo. Hard to explain the difference until you here.

Nice board. Sherpa, I've got a h9 running in stereo. A lot of the presets don't seem to work.. Is this right? Do I have to change something in settings?n
the h9 detects the connected cables and then sends stereo in and out. I found it mostly works on delays.
No you have to tell the H9 to run stereo @BumFace - in H9 control you can select between mono, stereo and pre/post routing. Just connecting both could be for stereo or pre/post so the H9 can't jut detect them plugged in and switch to stereo.
    Red ones are better.

Little update for me as I am now using the Atomic Amplifire exclusively for most gigs/functions as it sounds great and is dead easy to use and setup (and to be honest no one cares what I am using!). But I am loving this set up at the moment

    which one?  there's two pictured.

The Pignose 'Detonator' is basically a Red LLama /  Craig Anderton Tube Fuzz Sound.

    :p

A couple of bypass looper switcher boxes.

    Buffer near start of the pedal chain (but not before any fussy fuzz/germanium/etc pedals);
buffer at the end of chain before amp; and
buffer in amp's fx loop (if used).

Tip for a cheap, very good buffer:  get any second-hand Visual Sound 'garagetone' series or 'V2' series pedal.

The one with two footswitches and two knobs is the 'Detonator SP'.

The other, larger pedal is a 'Piggy in a box'  -  a Pignose 7-100 amp circuit in a pedal.  It is literally an amp in a box!   You can use it either as a dirt box, a preamp,  or an amp to a cabinet using the additional speaker out jack.   (Edit:  the pedal does not have an in-built speaker, although it may superficially look that way.)

    Both have very robust casings.

    I think both are discontinued.

that's a pretty sweet pedal. I didnt even know they were making pedals!

    I'm thinking...Piggy in a box into a 100w slave amp...into a 4x12 would sound pretty nice

    Yep.

I think the Pignose 7-100 amp itself has a speaker out capability, fyi.
