How many of you would know or recognise the MP or Lord Mayor for your area ?

Lord Mayor ?.....havent a clue whom he or she is.

Local MP..........nope, wouldnt know him or her if I was sitting beside them on a bus.

 Our previous secretary of state was the anonymous waste of space theresa villiers and the current one is the joke,  james brokenshire ( brokenshite ! )

sorry, MP. I have met the mayor of Okehampton quite a few times (we play at the same session), but not sure if she's our mayor.

No idea about the mayor, MP is daughter of 'celebrity' Fred Dineage and I would recognise her.

Yup, Ken Clarke. Saw him in Morrisons a few weeks back, he didn't look  very well Tbh.

MP - met him, briefly, a couple of times and he lives about half a mile away from me ( somewhat posher house than mine). Met his predecessor a couple of times, had a picture of her on our fridge shaking hands with my youngest son. 

Mayor - I work for the council so he pops up on my laptop about once a week although I can’t say I pay much attention. I was given a book token by the mayor( ess) of West Bromwich once.

I'm sure I've seen pix of Mr Hancock (not Tony) our MP. Typical suit-wearing Tory. Don't think I'd recognise him in the street though unless he was wearing a blue rosette and accompanied by loads of party yes-men.

Local MP - wouldn't be able to pick him out. Borough mayor - ditto, but I'd probably have to pay a few quid to even have an attempt. City Mayor - I'd recognise that bloody face anywhere, and to hear him spout his usual shit would make it even easier.

I've met our MP Drew Hendry twice, he's a good bloke, came to politics late in life unlike a lot of the ineffectual career politicians we get these days.

I’m good friends with my local labour MP and helped campaigning for him. I know who the mayor is because all he does is get driven around in a big car with Mr Ts jewellery on.
