  • Second pic looks like a virus that drills down into bacteria. It hijacks their internal reproductive mechanisms to replicate itself. (Such predatory reproductive strategies are pre-Trump but "Grab em by the bacterium!" doesn't have the same ring to it)
    I'm almost convinced life occurs on other planets. Life on earth occurs in the most seemingly inhospitable conditions. We have bacteria feeding on cyanide and sulphur. Life thrives in the volcanic vents in our oceans that spew out boiling water and sulphur. Other planets probably have some water. Some organisms don't even need light or water.
