Risk Assessments for live music... help!!

Our function band is doing a job for the Navy next week, and their H&S person has decided we need to have risk assessments... 

As confident as I am that this is not something that falls under our responsibility, has anyone here ever done any for live bands that they may be willing for me to take a look at?

Do they also want a point of Work RA too?
If they do all you need to do is read through what you envisaged the hazards to be check your mitigation and sign to say no new hazards exist or are caused by your mitigation.
