It's clear that op bought pedal,  used it, doesn't like it and wants to move it on.

We all know it's not sealed in box... but then most shop stock is played in store.

Maybe add a photo to your ad though ? Always helps a sale, and this is a recent and hence potentially desirable pedal.

I may even be tempted myself !

okay, but can your regular spammers abide by the same rules, too.    other person got no warning breach of rule #2 and you left the offending post there.
fyi,  i am and was already familiar with the forum rules. 

re: the substance of my contribution.   fwiw, lots of ppl agreed with my sentiment (see the number of wisdoms).  i don't feel bad about highlighting insincere and patently misleading claims in classified adverts.

Now, for someone who seems to enjoy a dabble in pedantacism... the Oxford English Dictionary definition of "literally" changed in 2013 to include a 2nd meaning - "used for emphasis while not being literally true". So actually, his use of the word is correct in this instance.

Poor guy he's just trying to sell a good pedal at a decent price. I hate it when this happens as it did with me when I was selling an amp a year or so ago

Hi guys, thanks for all the nice comments  i'll add pics when i get back home. to anyone worried about getting a brand new one i can still swap it in dawsons to fit everybody's definiton of literally. in the mean time enjoy holiday
