SOLD - Gibson 2011 Explorer - Sammy Hagar Red Rocker Limited Run

For sale is my Gibson USA Sammy Hagar Red Rocker Signature Explorer in all original, near mint condition. Released in 2011, these guitars were limited to a run of 450 and based on the original 1958 Explorer spec. Solid mahogany body with cream binding, nitrocellulose lacquer with a ghost image of the Chickenfoot logo on the back (barely visible). Quarter sawn slim and fast mahogany neck also with cream binding. Rosewood fingerboard. Zebra-coiled '57 classic humbucker in the neck position and slightly hotter zebra-coiled BurstBucker 3 in the bridge. Mini Grover machine heads. Sounds amazing, sustains for days and the balance of the guitar is perfect and really comfortable, either sitting or standing.

Virtually new condition with no cracks or dings on the body edges, headstock, etc which are common with Explorers. Comes with the original Gibson USA fitted hard case with white fur lining.

£1000. The guitar is in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Happy to post at buyer’s expense or meet in person within a reasonable distance.
