Two Notes Torpedo - computer advice

I have the Torpedo CAB and I to properly get to grips with it I think I need to access the computer interface.  This is going to involve me either acquiring a new PC or swapping around existing hardware.

Thing is, looking at their website I can't see where Two Notes list the ideal/minimum specs for PC. 

I presume it will be the same for all the Torpedo range, so I'm hoping there are members of the forum that have experience of the software and might be able to advise what I need to run it.  I'm on windows based PC's BTW.
