I reckon that if you only counted people who have logged in within the past three months, our membership figure would be closer to a couple of hundred tops.

10,000 of us is the same number as the number of British soldiers killed in the first two hours of the Battle of the Somme..

Makes you realise how things have changed in 100 years.  179 military deaths in 8 years involvement in Iraq, and the inquests continue.  50 times that number were killed in a couple of hours on the Somme.   Times have changed hugely, and very quickly.
