Catalinbread Talisman Plate Reverb used with 18v power supply ?

My talisman should be with me in about a fortnight, I know you can power it 9v, 12v or 18v. I was keen to read about how others who own one found it with different power voltages. Tonight I ordered a 18v regulated power supply as users found changing 9v to 18v raises an already excellent pedal to stratospherically excellent. Have any of you guys tried a talisman on 18v and how did you find it ?

I subbed a 9v power supply for an 18v type for my Diamond CPR1 compressor and its like a whole new compressor pedal, it just lifted a terrific sounding compressor to an even better level of performance, hoping for similar outcome iro the talisman.

Technically it should make zero difference to the sound. You may get higher headroom if you run really loud pedals into it.
