If the PRS Singlecut is a fake Gibson then Modern thing is definitely a fake PRS, with or without the F-hole. It looks like a chinese knockoff. 

And then that Jackson Gibson Roswell is literally a copy of someone else's design.

Have a look at the other companies Gibson owns.

I'd make a small wager that guitars don't make up the majority of the group's output.

And CES gets them to an additional market that doesn't visit guitar shows, but does have significant disposable income, so showing the guitars there is probably the smartest thing they've done for decades.

I like it, in a "Ooh, new Ibanez Artcore shape" sort of way. It doesn't look very PRS to me (though I'm not saying the PRS comparison is invalid).

Actually, thats OK - god-awful colour, though. Black with a cream binding, deep wine red, or vintage cream (with associated plastics changes etc) would suit it better.
I'd also, personally, prefer dots on the fingerboard.

However, I'd rock that. Not often I say that about new Gibsons...
