Swapping P90s for Mini Hums - Les Paul w/ PCB

Hi all,

I have a Les Paul loaded with P90s and i'm thinking of swapping them for some Mini-Humbuckers. I like the P90s but I want a better clean tone - especially from the Neck pup. The Neck P90 sounds a little muddy, even after lowering the neck as far as I can. I'm also tired of the Hum.

I think i'm going to go for a Gibson Mini-Humbucker (like this - https://www.thomann.de/gb/gibson_mini_humbucker_r_chrome.htm?glp=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAkNfSBRCSARIsAL-u3X8igLa5t-78rcpxYS29JJr-GGVYsdkiiF69lkGuTAlWnYXUM1pXCfMaAqF2EALw_wcB ) but looking at the wire ends in this image, I am curious...

My LP is a 2016 '60s Tribute and has a PCB instead of wires and stuff that the Pickup plugs straight into. The mini-humbucker, judging by photos, lacks any form of plug.

How does one usually go about swapping pickups in a PCB equipped Gibson?
Is this a good opportunity to rip that PCB out of there and replace the wiring altogether? I'm considering shielding the cavity anyway so I could do it all at once.

Thanks.
