Junior special tuning

After having issues with the binding nibs shrinking on my LP junior special i’m now struggling with it staying in tune.
Basically, its been refretted with a nice low action, tbh i now love the feel of how it plays now, but its a bugger to keep in tune, in particular the low E, pinging on the G when you tune and usually dropping out of tune on various string bends.
The work was done october time so strings have had time to stretch etc.
Its a 2012 baked maple model - 60’s profile, tulip klusons.
The nut is corian - should i now have this replaced?
Change the tuners?

It’s the nut.  The comment about bending pretty much confirms it.

it might not need replacing, but the slots may need a little tweak.  Treat yourself to some new strings at the same time
