Caught my eye in a magazine. There is NOTHING thermionic in it and it only draws 75mA!

    It's not really any worse than a "Tube Screamer", I don't think - although the (tacky) graphic is possibly misleading.

    Now IC...you KNOW why I put it in "AMPS!" Er? 'TUBE' screamer? I assumed that was an upset bog roll centre!
