Good service
Saw an album review in last month's Guitar & Bass (I think) for a band called Carousels and Limousines. Album wasn't on Amazon so ordered direct from the band's website. After three weeks no sign of said album so sent an email. Got a reply the other day. Not only did they re-send the CD (which arrived today), they've also very generously offered me a pair of complimentary tickets for one of their upcoming London gigs.
We're always quick enough to rant about bad service, so thought I'd post to acknowledge service which, I think, went above what I'd have expected.
I play guitar because I enjoy it rather than because I’m any good at it
