80’s jcm800 era g1280 speakers , what are they like ?!

someone near me is selling an 80’s Marshall jcm800 4x12 straight cab.
its loaded with g1280 speakers , which. I’ve never heard before . 
Im temped to take a chance on it . But was interested to know if anyone had used those speakers and what they thought of them .

    They're great speakers. I was told they were the best match for an open-backed jcm800 combo...I had a pair in my 800 and they were excellent.

    Celestion's best speaker from that era in my opinion - better even than the G12-65. Very powerful and chunky-sounding.

     A mix of 65s in an A cab and 80s in a B cab is even better... probably the ultimate 70s/80s rock full stack.
