Here are the standard CAGED shapes for minor triads in open position:

Cm: x3101x (or x31013 if you spend ages wrapping your thumb around to the lowest note)

Am: x02210

Gm: 310333 (partial barre on the top 3 strings with ring finger)

Em: 022000 (or 022003 to emphasise the b3)

Dm: xx0231

Here are the all the minor triad chords that can be played in open postion

Am: x02210 or x02555

Bm: x20432 or x20402

Cm: x3101x or x31013

C#m: x42120 or x46620
Dm: xx0231

Em: 022000 or 022003 or 025000

Gm: 310333

G#m: 4x110x or 4x1104

I seen someone, Robert cray I think, playing Em as XX5450. I know he often plays minor triads as XX212X.

The C#m example above (X46620) is all but unplayable. I assume someone's got hands like Hounddog Taylor!
