I have sinned - belated NPD

The sin of course being not reporting an NPD (in fact 2 of them..)

First up is a Ryra Klone from MrsF for xmas. It's really good. I'm not sure it fits with the current main board, but I can feel a mini board happening where it'd be perfect.



Next is a "Mega Rat" from @Slimbert. It's my third Rat, and was built, I think by @Adam_MD from a Fuzzdog kit. Switch goes between silicon (Rat2) and LED (Turbo) modes and both sides sound brilliant.

Also pictured is my Rat2 which I've had forever. It's one of the very last USA ones, without the LM304N and with a 3PDT switch, which seems to go against a chunk of "forum logic" of what changes happened when. But anyway. It's a bit fuzzier and looser than the MegaRat and my own Fuzzdog build, but it was my go-to dirt pedal for 10+ years so I tend to prefer it just a smidge.

I've done worse. I bought a Tele over 2 months ago and didn't post a NGD.

Yup that’s one of mine I really liked it but pedal mountain was getting huge and the ocd works better for me than a rat.  

Its built on a fuzzdog board but not from a kit and the optical switching is an opto board from our very own Juansolo.  

Im pleased it’s being used

That Mega Rat is such a great pedal and serious praise to Colin for doing such a great job.

I have two more of his creations and they're equally as good.

I just couldn't find a use for the Rat. Genuinely glad it's ended up being appreciated!

It’s a great pedal. Though I’m not 100% how good a match it is for my Bad cat - suspect it would be even better with a more blackface-type thing. 

I cant play too loud for obvious reasons, but I’ve never had a complaint... although the building management did email round the municipal regs on late night noise this week. I don’t *think* it was aimed at me specifically...
