Lightweight foam core plywood or similar for pedalboard?

Does anyone know where to get a small sheet of lightweight foam core ply for making a stiff but light pedalboard? Is there any other material similar to this that would be worth investigating?
I just want a flat 500 x 400 lightweight board to mount my AX8 and a few pedals on.
