Manchester Rehearsal Room

Hi guy's, first post and a bit cheeky starting with a (long winded) question:

My band's rehearsing at EXR in Manchester at the moment but we're looking for a rehearsal room in the city centre that we can use whenever, keep our drums/PA/Amps etc there full time rather than turning up using their equipment (we store our amps there now, I guess the main thing is we want to use our PA and the drums to be ready to go when we get there)-Does anyone know anywhere? Would be happy to share costs and that with another band(s).

Not sure if this is in the right forum so apologies if it is....I've had a search on the topic but drawn a blank.

EXR do permanent rooms, so do MCR music rooms who are also located in Brunswick Mill.
