Reading through some comments on Facebook last night and it seems that these guys have been at it for around 15 years with various guitar shops saying that they had been hit by this pair back in the 90's!!

They stole saxophones 11 days ago from Hayes Music Shop, in Empress Road, Southampton.  You have to wonder whether Hampshire Constabulary have liaised with Essex Constabulary about this pair?

In the Facebook comments Lou from Music Warehouse said they lost 8 PRS and 2 Gibson over 15 years from these two and "the man is a nasty piece of work and can be very aggressive as we found out".  So if you're lucky enough to identify them at the point they're committing the crime maybe actually capturing them is easier said than done.

hmmm, interesting that you mentioned saxophones, a load were stolen from the sussex branch of sax.co.uk a few weeks back. No idea if they're connected, but the general impression was they'll be in eastern europe by now.

Maybe also do one with details of the stollen item and circulate on the continent?
