@Horse - 5 points: Full on and intense. Sounds somewhat inspired by Royal Blood, which is a band I love.

@IMC1980 - 3 points: Great sounds with a modern Gaelic feel.

@flying_pie - 5 points , could have come out of the handbook of American Rock riffs.

 @spark240 - 3 points . Thought this just needed some lilting, yearning female vocals and you'd have a hit , very "radio friendly". 

@poopot - 1 point . Anything influenced by "Nile n 'Nard" is good in my book ! (you should have submitted this for Bass riff of the month too!)

It was really difficult picking my 3 favourites this month , and in the end had to go with ones I would find myself listening to again and again . Well played everyone .

Well the Dictionary says “of a voice or a piece of music) rising and falling in a regular or rhythmic way” ...

I was specifically thinking about 1990’s Female vocals along the lines of Delores O’ Riordan/Sinead O’Connor/Alanis Morrisette vibe .
