Music Matters - Amazon seller MXR CC Deluxe

Not to jump right on them, but after specifically asking is the pedal new and non display (it’s a £200+ pedal) and being told yes, the pedal arrives, clearly used. It’s also in the wrong box (serials don’t match up).

Whilst this is MXRs issue, the pedal base plate is cut well off.

Unimpressed so sending it straight back. 

Nothing like the quality of service from Thorpyfx/SoundAffects/Hudson and Northern Stomps.

Where is this Music Matters shop based?  There is local shop called Music Matters here in Lisburn.

These guys I think. Could well be a mistake by staff...but not great is it.

Different shop then. The one I know doesn’t have great customer service either.
