Right, you lot. Today I am dragging my worn out and broken body around a Wolf Run in aid of breast cancer charities. To be honest, I've never been less prepared for anything in my life and so I come, cap in hand, to ask for a final few donations for our team. Top man. That looks like it hurt !!

Yeah, well it certainly hurts now! We got round in 2hours 45 mins, slow time but not bad for an untrained, fat 41 year old! The fastest time of the day was 54 mins, but the guys putting in those sort of times are basically Terminators. One bloke came past me like Linford Christie on a muddy section I could barely stand up in, and then just fucked off into the distance.

We're up to £790 now, just trying to get it over the £1k mark between us.
