I liked watching the American Chopper series, but then it descended into chaos with Senior and Junior constantly in-fighting and setting up rival businesses, and a couple of their best OCC fabricators and mechanics left.

I understand that a new series is in production and coming soon. Senior certainly needs the money as he recently filed for bankruptcy.

This is a bike they built for Donald Trump when thoughts of the presidency were not even in consideration. I saw it in the entrance foyer at Trump Tower, 5th Avenue, NYC, and I understand that it was later auctioned for charity.

They really got the shape of the rear mudguard just perfect for 'Trump' didn't they? Even picked exactly the right colour!

Iused to enjoy American Chooper back in the day, the bikes weren't my cup of tean at all (although I can see how they would be good marketing for a company) but they really used to show you what meant into making them. When the show was more about Jr and Sr fighting (some of which seemed staged anyway) i switched off.

A lot of those programs are staged: dog the bounty hunter, American pickers, the one where they auction storage units, repo man one etc. When you know it's fake you just switch off completely.
