Custom made Strat Trem block

I am wanting to enlarge my Strat Trem cavity am install a supersized tremblock. The guitar is neck heavy (all ebony neck)  but most importantly because I am compelled to faff. Is there a patient understanding machinist that anyone would recommend?

Kevin Hurley made few for people on the forum not long ago, I bought one and it was worth every penny. Not sure if he's still doing them.
