Haven't heard Mark Lanegan talk this openly in an interview before, so thought it might be of interest...Know there are some Mark Lanegan/Screaming Trees fans on the Forum.

The Mark Lanegan interview starts at 51.35 the first part is an interview with Mac DeMarco.

Marc Maron was a guest on No Guitar Is Safe podcast a while back too - decent listen. TBH - we should all listen to all of the NGiS podcasts as even if it's not a style of music you like, you can't help but learn something and the jams on it are great...sorry, went O/T :)

No probs, thought it was a bit of a candid interview, which is rare for Mark Lanegan, normally plays his cards close to his chest etc.

  • I love the WTF Podcast. There have been some classic musician interviews over the years, and you can really sense how passionate Marc is for the music, without ever coming across remotely sycophantic or over-awed by any of the guests.

A great one for music fans recently was with Ben Harper, Charlie Musselwhite and Mark Everett of The Eels...
