Which Cab?

I’ve just picked up a Steel String Singer clone by clover amps and it sounds amazing!! I need to get a cab for it and looking for a 2x12, what would be the best suited for it?

2 x 12 with EVM12L speakers fitted, probably open back would be my suggestion, There is a Dumble cab design floating about, I have a picture somewhere of the one I made recently.

Ok cool, most of things I’m reading are saying Celestion creambacks work well. I’ll post a picture of the amp.

Depends on what you want sound wise, the EV sound very different to the celestion creambacks... which all have there own sound too

You need a Dumble style cab. They are big for a 2x12 and quite deep. Definitely need an EV paired with something, I have an Emi Red Fang with mine. With an OTS is sounds great. Indeed it sounds great with my Rambler as well. But the EV is very efficient and very capable, it needs to be driven, don't expect it to be as good at home volumes. 

Depending on the head shell size this might be of interest. Most SSS amps however are really wide and would overhang the cab.
