Line 6 Tech Support - Great service
Raised a ticket with Line 6 for some tech support with my Helix as I was looking for a way to get the channel switching to default to ring off and tip off using snapshots which didn't look like it could be done.
Got a quick reply from Olaf who confirmed my thoughts, but he really did his homework to give a detailed response, and has said the requested update will make the next release. Brilliant all round!
