Tone City compressor

I've only ever owned one compressor - the Digitech Main Squeeze which I couldn't get the hang of - it was ok for picking but strumming it just squashed far too much however I dialled it in. I've not tried another compressor since but have heard some which sound great.

Having bought some stuff at Andertons there was a free Tone City pedal offer so went for their compressor. Simple question is (I know I've not had chance to try it yet but...) is it a decent pedal or would I be best to sell and get something else?

I've always found the Tone City stuff to be pretty good, haven't tried the compressor but i have been impressed with much of their other offerings.
