Ok I'm looking for the following

H9 MAX or Mobius or MD 500.

I'm in Chorley so maybe need posting.

I'm sorted for a few of the bits now and will be looking early next month for the next batch.

Cheers

Danny

  • You'll have no problem picking up a Mobius here, quite a few for sale.

I've had the mobius before and a H9.

I'm thinking the dual H9 would be better.

But they are dearer and harder to get.

    That's where I've gone to I.e. From Strymon to 2x H9s

I have the 3 big Strymons. Still thinking of adding an H9. Again. But I've been through this before and I think I can survive without one. I did think of switching my Mobius for an H9 but the Strymon sounds great. Can't understand why there are so many of them for sale.

Actually I do prefer the möbius tbh if I was being an absolute cork sniffer but the H9 is really good too and takes less board space up ;)

I found the mobius sounded stifled. Im not sure if its the way the effects sit with the clean signal or what.
Saying that the one thing I dont really use on the H9 are the mod settings. A little bit of rotary and tremolo and thats about my lot from that particular area.
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

Can the H9 do harmonic tremolo?

@BintyTwanger77 do you know I have no idea. To google!
