Recording on Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Hi guys,
I'm thinking I might get to writing a song or two (I finally seem to have a bit of time) & I'd like to record them, probably with guitar, bass & vocals (with programmed drums). So, multi-track recording and basic mixing.  I would like to do it all on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A because that's the only way I'm going to get stuff down quickly.

I've been looking at the  iRig HD-A for Android as a possibility- anyone got any experience with it & would it do what I wanted, coupled with SoundCamp & the Amplitude plugin? Or are there better alternatives? 

Any help gratefully received, I'm way out of the loop!
