Help remembering a song/band from the '90s

I had an album in the '90s which I really liked at the time but for the life of me I can't remember the band at all despite extensive googling. Here's the limited info I remember I think it was around the late nineties, alternative metal and one of the songs had a really catchy hook that was played on the stylophone. This had been driving me mad for bloody ages, any ideas?

    Nope none of the above. Definately not a well known band by any stretch and American. Think 'dog fashion disco' kinda thing and your in the ballpark.
