I'm stepping back gently from selling these. Tbh I thought they would go quickly at these prices ,it's been over a month and I"m only really getting trade offers - it's obviously tough out there.

Because of the time I've been chipping away at the overdraft and the guy due to lay our patio has let us down which has actually helped my cause :-)

Love island is on so I'm banished to the back room and I'm getting reacquainted with them both over a beer or two.

Don't put your gun away just yet @SimpleSimon. There is a chain involved more tortuous than the average house move so both could be available again soon. I'm hoping for some news today :-)
