WTB: Metal Detector and/or pin-pointer

My young son has gotten very much into his metal detecting lately, which means I snoop around the field after him looking like a weirdo holding a spade. So, best I get my own detector and avoid prosecution. I'm undecided as to a cheap and cheerful machine or something that means business for a little more £££'s. Also, my mini money pit wants a decent pin-pointer. Has anyone got anything gathering dust they would like to move on for valuable guitar squandering dosh. I'm in Devon, but if you can box it up securely to post that's ok. Drop me a PM.
