    Anyway, had the demo this morning and to my surprise the lecturers were impressed enough by the analysis & foundations that I'd built everything upon (until it broke) that they're awarding me a strong 2:1 for the module which is enough to secure my 2:1 overall for my degree, even if I fail next week's exams!!! :D

    To say I'm happy right now is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cheers @TTony, didn't think I'd get it tbh but I managed to turn it around this term and make up for an apalling performance in the autumn. It'll only just be a 2:1, but it's enough. :)

    I got my first choice teaching place, and won an Institute of Physics Scholarship, so I'm pretty chuffed :D

    My doctor told me I can ride my bike without damaging my knee! That's good, because I can maintain the weight-loss programme that appears to have stalled a little bit. Bad news is I have to go for an MRI on the knee because the X-Ray showed up fuck-all. Overall it's good, though.
