The unit accepts both mic and line inputs. When recording, you can either place it in-line to your DAW input, or run previously recorded signals through it, for example for de-essing.

It has lived in a rack in my smoke-free studio, and consequently is in excellent condition and full working order. It will be supplied in its original box with the manual (which is also available online).
