I use a 2kg bag of table salt covered in an old t-shirt, fits any and every neck
and only cost 99p

I could't even if I tried don't do yoga, but I do have a nice built-in Pilates ball (at least I do lying on my front)

I know, but I really didn't know what they were used for, so I asked her . I bet you didn't think of knees first either .
