A humbucker set for the punk fans

I noticed there was a hole in my (and indeed most other pickup builders) catalogue for a high output humbucker that that wasn't designed specifically for articulate intricate high gain playing, but instead for a thick wall of sound.

And out of that spawned my brand new Conflagration humbucker set. A bridge pickup of severely asymmetric coils with the rarely found alnico 4 magnet, and a neck pickup of alnico rods and a modest 52k resistance (to be wired in parallel), for a Stratty pickup that would add a nice contrast, and most importantly, still work under a huge amount of gain. 

A weird pair of pickups, but among my range of quirky stuff they don't stick out like a sore thumb.
