Bogner Shiva 20th SOLD oversized 2x12 cab still available £400

I am putting up a like new, totally mint head and cab, bought about 10 weeks ago from GuitarGuitar and used for less than a handful of hours.
The Bogner Shiva 20th Anniversary is a monster of a 90w amp with KT88s and all the upgrades that this anniversary model was given. Lots of great videos on youtube showing what this beast can do.
The cab is the matching closed back oversized 2x12 with 2 V30s, and removable castors to help wheel the lot around.
The head was just over £2,500 and the cab was £850, so £3,350 in total and a great saving on a mint rig that is but a few months old.

I have it set up in my music room alongside another Bogner, Friedman, Two Rock etc, so anyone interested can see how it stacks up against these. It can live with all of these amps, just wanted to move something on and as this is so minty new I thought I would use a last in policy to decide.

You can of course bring your own guitar, but I will also soon be listing a Murphy aged Les Paul True Historic and Gold Top True Historic, so if you fancy an expensive day then you will be welcome to try those too.

I have the original amp box, but not the cab box and would much prefer collection, but would be happy to meet up within reason.

Not really looking for any trades, as I am trying to slim things down and free up some cash.

Bloody hell that is nice. Did you happen to try this out against any of the Goldfingers when you were shopping?

I have previously owned the 45w and 90w Goldfingers and whilst nice, they don’t have anywhere near the same dirt this has.

i did also AB it against the  new Goldfinger Superlead over a few sessions and again this won my vote, but that was (to me) a much improved Goldfinger and very good.

I love this amp. Had considered selling mine multiple times due to 90w in the bedroom but I just can’t. 

its actually very usable at bedroom volumes. 

Id be interested to know sonically what you prefer about the other amps you have as having played most of them, nothing has shifted this for the 7 yrs I’ve had it. 

I love itsomuch ive been tempted over the years to have two, you know, just in case haha

Well if you want 2, then you couldn’t get one in better nick than mine...

To answer your question, it is not really preference but difference that led to me putting this up for sale.
My Two Rock and Matchless rig do what they do and are very different, so it was either put this up or my Friedman X amp, could have gone either way. 
In the end I put this up for sale as I was keeping another Bogner, so felt like keeping the Friedman for 2 different flavours, rather than 2 Bogners.

Knowing me, I could easily change my mind again, as preference will often depend on mood, what I am playing, volume etc.

Hence the offer to interested parties to test them out at mine, and do the comparison back to back
