A super guitar made by, once one of the UKs top luthiers who has made guitars for Gary Moore, Mark King, John Entwistle and others. This guitar is a great player and has had a few changes in its history ( tremolo change, original head paint refinish, and other work???) but is a great guitar and features some top draw components. Body, which seems to be chambered with a Quilted Maple top, very light weight, possibly Swamp Ash or Alder weighs at 2.7 kg. Neck is 22 fret Gibson scale length in stunning Birdseye Maple, slim C profile, with a super slick action. Set with 9-46 strings. Schaller tuners with ebony taps. Pick ups are Kinman HX neck, 70's Fender gray bobbin middle, Fender Lace Sensor Red bridge position which offers a bit more bite...very nice. Some great classic Strat tones here. The bridge is a Fishman wilkinson piezo worth about £300 alone and is very nice. This makes the guitar very versatile indeed. The piezo works in stereo via a bleed control pot. Normal volume and tone are assigned to single pots. A special stereo jack in feeds to your amps. I will include a special splitter lead for the buyer. The guitar has had a full set up, some modifications, a fret redress, and rewire at Xperience guitars mid July. The guitar therefore not only looks great and sounds great but is also set to go and plays fantastically. A guitar of this calibre would now cost well over £2000 now so my price should prove very fair. I will offer a small discount for cash only but ignore silly offers and please note I only deal Face to Face. This is a fine guitar, much better than your standard USA fair and will sit comfortably with other custom shop quality guitars. If you want a really special Stratocaster style guitar and can live without the badge and telephone number price tag for a Custom Shop then this guitar is a must try. I am convinced you will love it.
