La Cabra-colour?

I need help! I put together a La Cab a few years a go, and it's a cracking guitar. Very fat Allparts nitro neck and hardware is as close to US original is I could get it. The body was finished with rattle can nitro in my garden and it's really not the best up close and is starting to annoy me, so I'm going to order a MJT replacement this weekend but I cannot for the life of me decide on colour!

I want a blue one, I know that much, but i'm torn 33.33333% recurring on the below three colours....... 

Sonic Blue - suits the vibe of a La Cab but can look a bit washed out if not exactly right.

Lake Placid Blue - love LPB but not sure it's at it's best on a La Cab.

Blue Ice Metallic - can be a bit cold but looks good here.

I'd like to see LPB with etched silver pickguard and matching headstock. Never seen that on a cab before. Possibly with good reason

LPB with a little bit of yellowing would be nice.

Blue Ice is a great colour though and I don't think you'd regret it. A similar choice, but further from LPB, could be firemist silver?

Of your choices, sonic blue for sure but any old Fender pastel would look good.

Hmmm, LPB with a little yellowing is probably wining right now but not by much. Let's see what the fingers type tomorrow come ordering time!

I have the colour below, but I'd prefer another colour if I had the choice at the time I was buying. The colour on the one by wez is sparkly blue on top and then if I recall, after the binding it's natural wood. Looks great up close. Lake Placid Blue would be my choice

I'm having the same discussion in my head.

I have a La Cab build I really need to finish this year and can't decide on colour either.

The neck is a rich tiger flame maple and would look superb against black, but black just seems too obvious.

I adore Sonic Blue but there's a lot of real estate on the La Cab and don't think it looks so good as it does on a standard Tele or Fender offset.

I don't usually register LPB but I'm quite taken with it on this thread.

Right then, decision finally made, I've gone for LPB, light wear and a little yellowing.
