    To be honest, I was surprised that he was still with us. However. he started his career so young.

    One of those people who I clearly know who he is but I would struggle to say I have ever seen a whole one of his movies.I suspect I did when I was a kid but I can't remember one.So, my abiding memory of him is guest starring in the Simpsons. 
    Tipton is a small fishing village in the borough of Sandwell.

    Sad news, but glad to see he had a good innings.
    Him and Judy Garland were terrific together in those early films. He was great in 'It's a Mad Mad Mad World' too.

    I love these poignant reunion clips of the two of them many years later and not long before Judy died.

    One of those people that you're never sure whether they're still alive or not. Used to watch him in the "hey let's do the show right here!" type films on a Sunday afternoon. RIP Mickey.
