    Well done @spark240

What software/plugins do you use in conjunction with your ears to get such a good mix?

Im using Presonus Studio One DAW,

Vocal - Waves MV2, SSL G channel, De Esser, Abbey Rd Plates reverb, Beat play.
BV - Duplicated the split LR, same FX as above.
Main Gtr rif - EQ very slight top end, reverb.
Solo - Reverb & Beat delay.
Bass - DBX-160, EQ to boost Low end a little.
Duplicated Bass and added distortion & EQ very low in the mix for grit.
Drums - Edits on Kick to remove bleed, Scheps Omni, MV2, EQ boosted Low and high, pulled down mids.
Snare top and bottom - SSL G Channel, Reverb.
    Toms and OH panned.
HH - Multiband dynamics EQ for added highs.

All sent to Bus with for a little EQ.

Main Bus - Abbey Rd Vinyl, Scheps Omni, very slight widen FX.

Job done - I have no real logic to my mixes, I just try things till I like it, the last couple of challenged I have focused on drums and vocals mainly.

I follow Produce Like a Pro, Joe Gilder and Johnny Geib for tutorials.
