The GOT Thread

If you like Tolkien, I don't see how you wouldn't like GOT. Its actually a mix of history too. There's nodding towards Medieval, Egyptian and Roman eras. It's very involved and clever with loads of plot twists and there's lots of boobies along the way! There's nothing else like it on TV (except maybe the Walking Dead!) Everyone loved Breaking Bad but, to me, this is much better TV!

watched the 2nd episode again yesterday to see if i could spot anything to help with the inevitable question...(this no spoiler discussion is hard!)

My money's on the new queen in cahoots with her Granny, or in proper Keyser Soze fashion it could by Tywin pulling all the strings, including the similar incident in season 1

Just caught up on the last couple. She deserved it, crazy hag. Also really loving the Hound/Arya stuff lately. 

And apparently the big fight that's coming up is going to be excellent. I'll say no more for those not up to date

Can't bloody wait for that event.

Also, the fallout from that event will be amazing to see.

Sadly, from here there are a couple of books worth of not a great deal to get through, but it might translate to TV better.

I should add that I haven't read the books, so have no idea what the fight entails, beyond who is fighting and why, as revealed recently. But I read it's going to be excellent on io9.com
